Payment details will be sent to you privately via PayPal Invoice. Payment upfront is required in USD (no cryptocurrencies) or PHP. I will only start illustrating once payment has been sent and proof of payment has been provided.
Commission prices listed here are for PERSONAL USE only. It may NOT be mass-produced, sold in any manner or form, or used in online services where you gain profit (e.g. Twitch, and YouTube). Commercial works must be discussed through email. NO NFTs. Using the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Commissions that will be used for Commercial use will have a **commercial fee ** that will be discussed privately upon discussion of the commission piece.
Prices may differ depending on the following: a.) additional characters are included; b) complexity of the piece. These can be discussed when inquiring for a commission piece.
Maximum of 3 revisions during our visual update progresses, so please include all necessary information and details you'd like to see in your final commission piece beforehand.
Please be reminded that I reserve the right to turn down your commission due to the following reasons: a) commission slots are full; b) I find the commission piece uncomfortable to do (please see will not draw section ); c) The commission piece is beyond my current skills; d). Ill or rude behavior.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS. Please be very sure before commissioning me and submitting your form and paying.
Clients are prohibited to mint/ resell any commission(s) received from me with a Non Fngible Token (NFT) or through any form of cryptocurrency
PLEASE NOTE that by paying for this purchase, you agree that you are the cardholder of the card that's linked with the PayPal account used to pay for my services. If by any chance, I (the artist) receive a chargeback because the purchase was not made by the cardholder, I take no responsibility over it. It is not my responsibility to make sure you are the authorized cardholder or you are a parent who carelessly let your child use your PayPal account or credit/debit card
Commissions may take up to 1 - 2 weeks upon having your commission status set to "ILLUSTRATING". If factors that may delay arise, such as complexity of your request, health problems, personal schedules, work or any other personal problems, I will let you know.

I, the artist...
reserve the right to publicly post your commission piece in my social media platforms and use them in my art portfolios unless, upon request, you decline given your reason/s for doing so.
will provide you visual updates (sketches, drafts, base colored drawings,) throughout the illustrating process. Updates will be sent to you privately through your most convenient method of communication (DM/PM or EMAIL)
reserve the right to turn down your commission due to the following reasons: a) commission slots are full; b) I find the commission piece uncomfortable to do (please see will not draw section ); c) I find myself unable to draw your commission piece adequately; d). Ill or rude behavior.
will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
You, as the commissioner...
must provide clear visual or text references to be used as a guide in your commission piece. Please indicate specific details such as color schemes, poses, props (if applicable) and the likes to avoid mistakes in the commission.
reserve the right to ask for UPDATES and contact me regarding the visual process of your commission piece.
reserve the right to ask for minor revisions free of charge . Additional fees will only be added in the case of MAJOR REVISIONS AFTER THE PIECE HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND COMPLETED. Additional fees will depend on the complexity of the major revisions.
